The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, but the rooms lack soundproofing, leading to noise disturbances. On the plus side, it's within walking distance of numerous points of interest.
Rooms
6.0
The beds were cozy, and there was a supply of good tea and coffee in the room. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing, and sound traveled easily through the walls, making it hard to relax. The smell of marijuana was also noticeable at times.
Service
7.0
The service had its ups and downs. While the 'Fiesta' welcome bag was a nice touch, the check-in process took quite long, and there was an extra parking fee imposed. Additionally, the staff's behavior towards guests could be improved.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to the Riverwalk and other downtown attractions. It's just a short walk away from shopping centers and the vibrant River Walk area.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was lacking, with a limited food selection in a cramped lobby corner. The quality of the food was subpar, and the area often felt overcrowded.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were average, with some room for improvement. There were minor issues with cleanliness and maintenance that could be addressed.

5.0/10
My stay at the hotel was a complete disaster. The room was small and not clean upon check-in. The restroom was in bad condition, with found socks and hair pins signaling it wasn't properly prepared for new guests. The curtain emitted a foul smell, not what we expected from the pictures we saw online. Despite paying more for a supposedly bigger room than we had in a previous city, the value was lacking. Moreover, the pet-friendly policy led to constant dog barking throughout the night and even finding dog feces near the ice machine. The parking situation was a nightmare, as the entrance to the parking lot repeatedly rejected our card key, forcing us to use the main entrance and pay extra for parking, making the overall experience truly horrendous. This is definitely not a place I would recommend to any of my friends or family. Lesson learned – sometimes paying more for a better-known chain like Marriott is the way to go, and at least getting the deposit back would have been a relief.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit small for three people, but they did provide good tea and coffee supplies, and the beds were comfy. However, the AC in the first-floor room was not cooling properly.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were a bit small for three people, but they were well-stocked with tea and coffee, and the beds were really comfortable.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit mixed. While the staff were sometimes challenging to deal with, they were very pleasant overall. I enjoyed their interaction with our dogs and their willingness to provide city information. On the downside, leaving a tip led to no room cleaning or towel changes by the cleaners.
Location
6.0
The location had its pros and cons. It was quiet with no loitering issues, and the covered parking was convenient. However, there were concerns about safety due to a physical altercation among guests. It was close to the riverwalk restaurants and downtown attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited with only basic items available for breakfast. Luckily, there was a Denny's nearby that served our needs adequately to start the day.
